Charges

Total order value up to £10.00 - £2.95 next day delivery

Total order value up to £30.00 - £4.95 next day delivery

Total order value over  £30.00 - £9.95 next day delivery

Large / heavy items   - £49.95 delivery

Your delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via City Link next day or Royal Mail depending on the size of the package, heavy items are shipped with nightfreight. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product or purchase and wish to return the item to us we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the item less any carriage fees incurred within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in a saleable condition with all of the items original packaging.

In order to return an item you must fill out our returns form found HERE and include this with your parcel.

If a collection is required, it must be from the same address to which the item was delivered. A courier collection will be charged against your refund at £15.95, please ensure someone is available between 9am - 5pm on the specified day for this to occur. If the item cannot be collected the collection fee will still be charged.

Damaged or faulty goods

Once your item has been delivered, if the packaging appears compromised in any way please make a note of this when you sign for the consignment. If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify BTI Ltd within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us using info@bentaskerflooring.co.uk

Our representative will then arrange the delivery of a replacement at the earliest opportunity.

Refund Policy

All our customers have the option to return their goods within 14 days if they're not satisfied with them.

The purchase price, less carriage will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition and with their original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in regards to the return of the unwanted goods. Please refer to our Returns policy above for information regarding how to return an item to us.

BTI Ltd will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked, with parts missing or no longer of merchantable quality.

Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

Providing your returned item meets the above criteria, we will process a full refund (minus our shipping costs + collection fee) back to your account within 30 days of receiving your item.
